As an individual, making decisions that affect your family life, your personal life, and your work/school life can go in two different directions. It can easily go south, which means it will not go as planned; thereby having negative consequences. The other is the right path, which means your decision making may have had a logical explanation for the reason why you made it in the first place.
Low self-confidence is something that we all suffer from time to time, but for some it is constant to the point of interfering with one’s better quality of life. Confidence is needed to better cope with life, and let’s face it when you feel confident it permeates through all facets of your life.
Public speaking skills may appear to be natural to some, however the best speakers consistently work towards improving themselves and better reaching their audiences. Whether you are the worst introvert who is grappled with fear of making public speeches or a confident beast when you have an audience, there is always room to improve your presentation skills.
Enjoying life is often looked as unattainable, or a mindset that is achieved through religion, reflection or life changing experiences. However, most of us aren’t able to spend a year on a mountain reflecting on why we should be grateful for what we have. But that doesn’t mean that there aren’t some simple ways to make easy changes to our everyday life that can reduce the amount of worry we have and increase the enjoyment we get out of life. If you can implement some of these changes and combine them with an increased awareness of appreciation, you will find that you are enjoying life a little more than you used to.
We’re all human beings; we have feelings; we’re not perfect; moreover, we’re so many things combined in one body that sometimes we have the feeling we’re about to explode. This pressure can be caused by some happy thoughts, excitement and love thrills. At the same time, and probably quite more often the case is not this. We’re sad, melancholic and moody and sometimes we even don’t know why. I’m absolutely sure you’ve heard advices like listening to music or going out with friends might help. Then again, this is not always the case and here I’m offering you a mood therapy that you wish you knew before.
Overthinking and analyzing things is something many people have mastered nowadays. Even some simple everyday situations may be fired with thousands of questions like: “Am I doing it right?”, “Am I supposed to do it at all?”, ‘What would people say about this?”. The truth is that what people would say about this and about you is none of your business. Your goal is to be who you are. It’s so simple, yet so hard for many to achieve it. There is a great quote saying from Robert Tew that sounds like this:
Everything that happens to you & whatever your situation and conditions are today, your unconscious nature is behind it all. The reason is that such a vast variety of individuals experience life encountering issues of neediness, weakness, passionate anxiety, and different torments. These torments are the main reason why people generate these negative thoughts. The force of your subconscious and intuitive character is boundless.
